Provide tournament programs, pairing sheets, general information, and assistance to players and spectators. Staff various locations around the grounds/clubhouse to guide participants and spectators. Setup, monitor, and restock player locker room snacks.
Recruit and coordinate with neighborhood families in the housing of college players during the tournament weekend. Coordinate and schedule airport transportation as needed for college players.
This committee has three sub-committees that focus on different aspects of operations. Course Set-Up: Responsible for all sign installation and placement, all main course and auxillary area roping as required, and cooler placement throughout the course. Grounds: Set up and take down of tournament and sponsor tents and stands throughout the grounds. Tables & Chairs: Responsible for setup of all tables and chairs as needed around the clubhouse and course. Assist with other operations jobs as needed. This is a pre- and post-event committee with work required the week prior and days after the tournament.
Sponsorship - Pre-Tournament Committee
Work with other committee members to gain financial support from the community and corporate entities. Committee has access to prior years' contacts, a detailed partnership package, and support from the Tournament Committee to accomplish financial goals for the year.
